1960’S CARVED WOODEN JARDINIERE PLANT STAND

Here is a great example of the “perfectly imperfect”. Hand carved and painted, this beautiful and unique 1960’s plant stand has a wonderful patina: a combination of the colors old white, gold, green, blue and red. 
 
Its handmade charm shows in the fluted and turned body. With its subtle presence, it would go nicely in a stylish living room or an entry hall, especially with cascading plants. 
 
Like all vintage items, this piece shows age related wear, including a historic repair on the stand top.
